We’ve missed you all! And we are taking special precautions with new hours and new ways of the cryotherapy process.  Please carefully read the following for your next session:

We are by appointment only for now, with 15 minutes between every appointment to thoroughly disinfect. Please book online here or call 410-451-2653. 

Please come READY for your Cryotherapy session, in light clothing (shorts, a thin tee or tank top, and socks) to avoid the use of our dressing room. We will provide shoes and gloves that are disinfected between uses.

Face coverings or masks are still required in public by state law.

NEW TEMPORARY HOURS:
Saturday & Sunday 9am – 2pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2 pm – 7 pm
Tuesday & Thursday CLOSED
